First things first, there is no surcharge for switching the dairy parmesan to a vegan #mozzarella. Yep, you read that right ☺️
Secondly, I love having #pasta in India. Whatever the Italians say about not blending too many ingredients into the sauce goes straight out the window, and the results are joyous 😊 This one has Neapolitan sauce (whatever that means), as well as both #basiloil and #truffleoil, but it tastes like a more harmoniously eclectic combination of more things 😋 The #wholewheat #spaghetti was almost al dente, and served as an obliging companion to the sauce.
And oh yes, there were #meatballs. Tender, meaty meatballs 🤤 I'm glad to give this dish the distinction of being my review number 3500 🙌
