Turkey Pesto Melt w/ Cheddar

Mmmm this was my favorite dish of the day! 😋 This #sandwich comes with #spinach, #sunflower cream, deliciously flavorful house made #pesto, blistered #tomatoes, #balsamic, amazingly meaty house made #turkey, and #cheeze, on #sourdoughbread. Its supposed to have house made provolone, but this day it came with house made #cheddar which was absolutely delicious. The flavors melded together so perfectly, and it was toasted to perfection giving it a nice light crunch. Very reasonably priced at just $13; such a #greatvalue! Love this fully plant based restaurant right by OSU campus. It has a nice little patio great for summertime, and the owner is super kind and creative with his dishes. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

This sandwich usually comes with a white provolone #vegan cheese 🧀 but instead this has cheddar. They were most likely out since it was end of day and the cheeses are house made. Regardless, this was delicious. I'm so glad we split! This toasted sourdough bread was filled with sprouts, greens, #dairyfree cheddar, blistered tomatoes, #sunflower cream, and #seitan turkey. It had a lot of great flavors and I want to also try it with provolone. I really liked the pesto, last time I had it, it was very salty but this was great. This sandwich was reasonably priced at $13 and wad large in size.
