Took a picture while it was already half dug into hence the terrible looking presentation
but rest assured this was one of the best dishes I've ever had. Fried rice, kimchi, scallion ginger sauce, hoisin mayo, shiitake mushrooms.....you can't make this any better if you tried. It's creamy, savory, and delicious.
