Truffle Mushroom Benny

This was AMAZING! I wish I could eat it every day. Soooo much flavour from the truffle! I loved the mushrooms, hollandaise sauce, everything! The restaurant is vegetarian but I’m pretty sure everything on the menu can be veganized (and actually done well, not just removing cheese etc.)
