Tofu Yaki noodles

This was a takeaway dish, I had it in the restaurant before which I must admit was much nicer and a much larger portion, very tasty though but probably would eat in next time, if they ever open up again as a sit in restaurant.

Delicious , filling, loaded with tasty veg and tofu with the right amount of spice.
