Tofu Plate (ask for no salad dressing, no egg in rice)

The staff was knowledgeable about how to veganize. The salad dressing has mayo so skip that. The miso soup is vegan. The butter they use is margarine. This was a little nerve wrecking to order as I was nervous, but it ended up being good and working out.
