Tofu & Mushroom Larb

HONESTLY 10/10 if you asked me 🍄 EXTREMELY flavourful, well seasoned, a little sour and spicy with the rich umamis from tofu and mushroom coming together, yet fresh with the vegetables and coriander!!! 🌶️🌿 And it was light enough to be considered a starter and kept me going wanting more food from the sourness which is a hallmark of a great appetiser HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Loved every bit. Small peaces as a starter with chilly to add some spicieness.

Really tasty lettuce cups filles with tofu, veggies and mushroom. I liked them and they were more filling than I thought they might be. I also appreciated the chopped chilies on the side. This was one of the best things I ate in Cambodia!
