Tiramisù Vegan

Consistency was good, but it was way more sour than any vegan or non vegan tiramisu I have had in the past. I couldn’t finish it. The restaurant has mandatory reservations but when I got there at 11.30am for brunch I was the only person on the outside terrace, so that seemed a bit weird.

Forse un po' troppo pesante, avrei aggiunto un po' più di caffè per insaporirlo

Postre muy rico y cremoso, un gustazo! Además, la cantidad es abundante, lo compartimos entre dos personas. Esta valoración dice mucho del postre, sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que en general no me gusta el tiramisú 😂 #santuariovacaloura

Un dolce veramente veramente buono, gustoso e molto ricco. La crema era molto simile al mascarpone e il gusto generale veramente vicino a quello di un tradizionale tiramisù, a cui non ha nulla da invidiare.

Allora, forse non è il tiramisù classico, quello in cui si sentono i biscotti imbevuti nel caffè e che quindi lasciano il dolce piuttosto bagnato all’interno, no. Questo è un tiramisù più compatto, stratificato, non troppo dolce ma davvero squisito. Io l’ho amato, è stato un ottimo modo per concludere la cena🌱 6€💰
