Three Cheese Calzone

Reviewing this for #NationalPastryDay today since calzones are considered savory pastries. This is one of the best items made by this eatery. They haven't been making it for quite a while and we were fortunate to have it made specially for us by the owner who owed a favor to an employee who is a friend of ours.

Both my friend and I agreed that this was best calzone we ever had, even compared to ones we had before being vegan. The soft and fresh, chewy dough and filling of their ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic confit is perfection. #nationalcalzoneday
