The Teddy/B-Y-O

This consisted of three vegan cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, smoked provolone) all melty on toasted white bread plus BBQ soy curls, sliced tomatoes, and greens. This menu item is wonderful. There are so many options for creating the grilled cheese sandwich of your dreams. The combination of sweet and savory in this one was fantastic.
