
This is the second time I've dined in this restaurant and the second time I ordered the Philly! The flavors are delicious, the tots are hot and crispy and the double banger sauce has the right amount of kick. I would recommend this dish (and restaurant) to both vegan and non-vegan family and friends.
So normally I post ingredients on my reviews but this was a specialty item so I didn't have access to the ingredient list. Here is my guess: many thinly sliced layers of spiced seitan (very meaty), red peppers, onions, mushrooms, vegan cheese, specialty sauce on a soft bun. This meal also came with potato rounds sprinkled with nutritional yeast and paprika. I do not use oil at home for cooking so when I eat it a place like this that uses oil, I tend to say it was greasy good. In other words, I didn't even need I drink to wash this food down. It was a very enjoyable meal, but when I was finished, I wanted to jump back on my whole food plant-based diet.
