Vegetable Stuffed Mushrooms

Nice vegan selection at our local pub! I tried the vegetable stuffed mushrooms with cheese

and sweet potatoes fries. They have vegan mayo too :) Mushrooms were meaty and delicious. All cooked perfectly!
