The Hippie Bowl

This #salad was the perfect portion size for me, as I was quite hungry! My favourite part was the juicy and flavourful ‘green lentils and ancient grains’ mix, but I also really liked the unusual turmeric and mint yogurt dressing. The black tortilla chips were slightly stale but still nice, and could be used to scoop up the guac and veggies.
