The Country Cousin

The Country Cousin is my Hub’s favorite thing on Quickie Too’s brunch menu. The plate is piled with biscuits and gravy, Mac and Yease (one of the best things we’ve ever eaten), rice with gravy, tempeh bacon, and some candied apples. Absolutely delicious and filling!! All breakfast comes with a tasty berry muffin and a drink!! Such a great value for a brunch!!
