The name is more than accurate. This was magical. I didn't want to stop eating it. HIGHLY recommend

We all know how much I love a good ole scrambled tofu, and this didn't disappoint. Topped with rosa tomato, avocado, microgreens and chipotle mayo, and served on gluten-free sourdough, it was 'flavour-burst'.
