Teriyaki Sunfed chicken on rice

Loved trying this vegan version of the St Pierre’s classic. Great value for money at $10 for the medium size, same price as the non-vegan version. Vegan mayo still being shipped to stores, so when it is added it will definitely add another dimension of flavour. I thought the chicken was slightly dry; perhaps this was partly because the meal was made-to-order, so the sauce hadn’t had enough time to fully soak into the chicken. #veganisnotscary #veganin2020 #vegannz
