Teochew Fish Porridge

I was half expecting the #congee style porridge so was a wee bit surprised when this came. But hey boo on me for my sheer ignorance. Teochew style #porridge is pretty much like this- you pour the #soup over #rice This is nice, loads of vege in it #caixin #carrots #softtofu #mockprawns and 2 huge pieces of that #beancurdskin #veganfish Not very wise to hv dish on a crazy hot day but was feeling a lil under d weather so its been a soup or porridge week at tht time. 😏
