Tempera Asparagus and Avocado Sushi

Sorry for the bad pictures. We were hungry so I snapped them quickly before plating. This was my partner's favourite. I also loved it but I don't play favourites when I'm hungry and sushi is in front of me 🤭 Crispy and tender!

I was very very skeptical about this combination but boy was I surprised! These were bomb.com 😍 the creaminess from the avocado and the crunchiness from the asparagus resulted in a party in my mouth! #veganisnotscary #veganin2020 #sushi
