Very tasty and flavourful dish. Couldn't find any tempeh though

I absolutely loved this dish! It was a huge portion that was incredibly tasty, warming, and filling. Served with rice, this was a great change from all the fried oily food I’ve had in Vietnam and is full of plant-based protein. It’s served with a side of bean sprouts in vinegar.
