Tajarin al cacao con castagne e nocciole

Cocoa-powdered tajarin (made without eggs) with an exquisite sauce with hazelnuts. I strongly suggest to try this restaurant but make sure to reserve a table because it's very small and always full. During the weekend they offer the "degustazione" menù so that you can try two different types of pasta + a sweet treat.
