Taiwanese Fried Cashew Mozzarella

Amazing how they made the ‘cheese’ in house. Fried to perfection without being greasy. Don’t really know what makes these particularly ‘Taiwanese’ though as stated in the name. Perhaps the mild spices on the crust? It just tasted like a generic seasoning blend to me. A great appetizer nonetheless and goes well with the garlic and bbq sauces on offer.
