Tacu Tacu Vegano Saltado

great to have vegan options of traditional food in Peru. But this dish was veery salty, almost overpowering. 34 sol, which is superexpensive for Peru as well. #greyton

This was ok- was a bit on the salty side for me and I wasn’t a huge fan of the meat substitute. The rice was really good though!
