Tacu tacu de frejoles, con plátano frito y hongos ostra encima, lo sirven tapado porque es ahumado y cuando lo levantan ufff se ve el humito, precioso!!! Luego le ponen salsa anticuchera encima y se acompaña con zarza criolla. Por s/.28, 100% recomendado e imperdible si vas!
This was good! Not as good as the tacu tacu I had in Lima, but certainly tasty. The base was made from refried beans and rice, with fried bananas and mushrooms and an array of wonderful Peruvian spices on top!
