This was an awesome platter of Tacos!!! We had the Baja Mushroom (slaw, Pico de Gallo, cashew cream, cilantro), Cauliflower Adobo (adobo bbq sauce, crema, pepitas, black beans), and Pico De Gallo (almond cities, cilantro, lime). Great for sharing!
