Taco de Barbacoa

I got this at the Burlington Veg Fest. It was a delicious #taco. It was $7. It was described as: dehydrated shiitake #mushrooms mixed with wheat fibers and soy fibers and hydrated with #lime juice and Mexican peppers. Love me a mushroom lol. It was sooooo good, just like all of their other foods. :)
