All natural ingredients, locally sourced, no preservatives, only thing is it’s called a burger, but the bread is sandwich bread (the meal was gluten free, so if you don’t need the bread to be gluten free you can probably just ask for a regular bun). It tasted really good, very nicely spiced and seasoned with bits of onion there too. And quite a nice serving size too. This place also had a few other good vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options. I loved the environment as well
