This salad was generously sized and absolutely delicious! I had it with the ranch dressing and it’s just packed full of veggies, fruit, beans and seeds. For breakfast this was very filling and healthy. I had the Edison smoothie with it and loved that it was served in glass jar and no straw. My wife had chai and it was in a mug so no plastic waste. This spot is great for a quick breakfast or lunch with comfort food options as well as healthy bowls, salads and smoothies. Please put one in Burlington, VT 🙏
