Strawberry Tart

The chantilly cream on this tart was to die for! I couldn’t tell what type of base they used for the cream (it was just neutral with no hint of coconut or soy aftertaste) and it was just heavenly. The champagne strawberries were sweet and succulent, and I liked how the whole thing was sprinkled with tiny flakes of chocolate. A beautiful tart.
