The delicious strawberry #sorbet 🍧 in the center was so rich in taste! It was creamy and tasted just like fresh #strawberry 🍓 Roasted
#strawberries surrounded it - they were warm and charred, which was super interesting. It was served atop #rhubarb #compote, which was sweet and a bit tart, just like it’s supposed to be. To bring it to another level they added pickled rhubarb for a savory touch. An almond crisp gave it crunch, making this dessert outstanding #berrylover #strawberryrhubarb
