Strawberry Garden

I liked this dessert! the basil and strawberry worked very well together. The tart was also really crunchy and biscuity. Origin grill has really good service by the way! The staff are super attentive :)

Still trying to figure out what “impregnated strawberry” means 🤣🤣🤣 but I loved the puffed chocolate rice and the matcha tea and basil gel inside the tart. So good!!
