Stir-fried Hong Kong Kailan with Vegetarian Salted Fish

Again, the ratio between portion size and price was the letdown here, otherwise this was a perfectly flavourful and well-presented plate of #kailan wherein the different condiments and spices helped to attenuate the natural bitterness of this particular vegetable 😅 The #leavethefishinthesea #saltedfish cuts helped tremendously with this, as did the alliums 😋 RM29 though
