Stir-Fried Cao Lau

Ok this is brilliant. I love Udon noodles and Cao Lau is kinda similar (they're both thicker), but I'd say Cao Lau is perhaps more chewy. Anyways I love both And I've only ever had Cao Lau as the soup form, so this stir fry was a revelation. Genuinely so good!
