Steamed Aubergines with Garlic Sauce

Absolutely more people need to give this place a shot 🙌 If you avoid their #noodles, it’s literally banger after banger 💥 These are really the most #aubergine and might I even say #eggplant of all time 😤🍆 Highly recommended for they/them #garlic sluts in the crowd. An easy thing for me to eat a vegan meal is to have white rice, lots of chilli and amazing veggies like this. Surprisingly of all the items on their menu, they did this the best, a bit pricey tho.

I’d give this dish a 6/5 if I could. The “garlic sauce”, consisting of garlic, ginger, and black bean paste is honestly just too good to resist 🤭 The aubergines were also boiled to perfection, still maintaining a sturdy shell.
