“Squid” Ink Ravioli $28 - Spinach, “ricotta,” lemon butter and sage sauce, “parmesan”. I don’t think it resembles much of squid ink. It’s more like regular spinach ravioli. It was ok/good dish but it wasn’t especially memorable. And it’s on the pricey side.
OK ravioli. I much prefer ravioli from John's of 12th street. What's important to consider with any meal is the balance of flavor, quantity, and price. This Ravioli tastes just fine, but nothing I would write home about.* Add to that a tiny portion size and substantial price, and I think this Ravioli is not worth it. * I don't mean to suggest I ever write letters home to my family to describe meals I've had. It's just a turn-of-phrase.
