Squash Fritters

Ask for these without the cheese. They're pretty good here about knowing how to modify menu items to be vegan. I've been told they have much more vegan options here in the summer since they grow alot of their own food in the rooftop garden. We also had the roasted sunchokes and black garlic potatoes. Everything was really nice!
