Spinach Lentil Patty Burger

I couldn't really identify the spices used but it was flavourful. The texture in this was well executed with a lot happening at the same time. There wasn’t any bean-y aftertaste from the lentil but I could feel the grainiest from it.

Simply amazing. I loved the greens (rocket, purple cabbage), the dressing, the patty (was crumbly with lentils and mushrooms), the sourdough bread, the salad and the sweet potato fries. The only issue is that its structural integrity isn’t really there because of how easily the components come apart, but it was a good burger fix, and a filling one too. The ambience in the cafe was pleasant too, which definitely adds to the dining experience.
