Spinach and tofu filo parcel with arakas latheros

Oh I really loved this, a really wholesome and satisfying dish, the flavour combo was great and the pastry was perfectly flaky and crisp. The combo of green peas, potato and dill is also a winner. Such an original dish, I have always loved filo dough, and to find a #plantbased dish including it, I had to choose it!! So fatty (in the best way) and crunchy, filled with #spinach and #tofu and on a bed of veggies. Super cool place and very LGBTQI+ friendly🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

A crispy filo parcel with a soft and creamy tofu and spinach mix inside, a bit like Greek sparikopita. Served on top of a stew of green peas, sliced potato, tomatoes and dill. So delicious, warming and satisfying, with balanced flavours.
