Spinach & Avocado On Sourdough

There wasn’t a fully vegan option for breakfast at the W Cafe in Woolworths Waterstone so I asked if I could make my own from the sides and they were more than happy to oblige! The portion size was very generous and worked our to be reasonably priced considering I was charged per item (R43 total!).
