
Rice noodles with seitan 'meat' and fried tofu in semi-spicy vegan broth. More exciting than the Vegetarian Pho, would recommend this for people who prefer bolder flavours! Contained a good amount of vegetables including lady's finger, carrot, and bok choy. Also served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker on a bed of raw beansprouts. Previously I mentioned that the raw beansprouts didn't taste pleasant and also might not be safe to consume. Simple pho 🍜 filled with loads of veggies and tofu. 🤔 tbh, can’t say I recommend this
The broth was perfect to taste. Not too salty or too bland. There’s tofu, vegetables and mock ham as well. Tasted even better with added basil leaves. Not very spicy for me. This restaurant serves non-veg. But there’s plenty vegan and vegetarian dishes. Do read the labels in the menu when ordering.
