Spicy Tofu Jambalaya Baton

The owner made my food tonight and it was even better than the other day. She made it look sooooo pretty! I love the rice in this dish so much! She told me that she also makes a vegan gumbo in the winter and also Vegan crab cakes. I hope I'm able to try those soon!

This is one of my all-time favorite dishes. Every time I come to Austin I have to get it. The crispy coating is awesome and the rice is delicious.
