Spicy Sesame Leaf Tofu Patties

This is another beautifully presented appetizer. I've never had sesame leaves before, so I was looking forward to trying something new. Under the perfect sesame leaves were crispy patties of minced oyster mushrooms and tofu. They're served over a slightly spicy chili sauce like gochujang. It gave these bites a lot of flavor. I really enjoyed the texture of the patties.
