Spicy Grilled “Codfish” Hotplate

Texture is more fluffy like tofu instead of flaky like fish. Slathered with a spicy chili paste. #animalplace

I have no idea what codfish is supposed to taste like but this vegan version made with silken tofu was wonderful. It was cooked “en papillote” with a really rich and spicy chili and ginger sauce. Definitely would go back to Lotus Kitchen for this dish!
