I went out to eat with some friends and was happy to see this vegan dish option:). It is made up of a dill pickle, marinated tofu patty, vegan chipotle aïoli, jalapeño slaw and dill pickles on a roll. I’m not a huge fan of sandwiches that have a large firm piece of tofu as the base because even though I’m definitely a #tofulover it’s just too thick for me. But the brezel roll was tasty and soft and I liked the toppings. It was nice to have a filling vegan meal option available! $15.
