Specify vegan. They have a vegetarian and a vegan version. They roast the cauliflower and toss it in Buffalo sauce. They put that on top of arugula lettuce and serve with a vegan ranch. I opted to added tofu aka their vegan tofu egg as well as vegan cheese and an extra side of franks hot sauce but honestly it didn’t need the extra hot sauce. It had a nice amount of heat. The portion was huge for an appetizer and still decent for a shared plate.
