If you’re around West Sussex, please visit this lovely nature reserve. It’s not a large reserve but has well managed pockets of wetland, heathland and woodland with numerous breeding birds and is regularly visited by white-tailed sea eagles. I had the spicy bean sausage roll which was well cooked. Someone else who had it said it was quite spicy but my Indian tastebuds barely registered it, I will say it was well seasoned and filled with hearty kidney beans, butternut and other veggies. #beans
