Spiced Silken Tofu and Vegetables

Not great food if I'm honest, it feels like someone went to Thailand, had some version of a #tofu #rice dish, and made a half-hearted attempt here to be loyal to the original concept 🥺 Way too edgy and dominated by the #ginger, also tough on the tastebuds because it's really #spicy. I like the venue and the fact that several options are vegan-friendly, but this one is a hard sell 😬
