Spiced Carrot Cake

I was going to grab the #carrotcake from Sweets From The Earth, but my friend insisted that I buy the one from the actual store. She said it would probably be more #fresh. I was glad to see they had so many #vegan fresh options at this store. It was around $7. It ended up being INSANELY DELICIOUS! Jesse and I shared it and we each took little bites to savour it lol. The icing rocked and the cake was so mosit and fluffy. I would be enticed to buy this again, if it wasn't for the copious amounts of plastic #deathbyplastic
