Spanish baked tofu breakfast

A tasty and filling all day breakfast option. The black beans were part of the topping on the potato and the chorizo was given as an extra treat as not mentioned on the menu. Lots of flavour in the tomato salad. Very very good. #seashepherd

This was a seriously delicious and filling meal, they subbed a bowl of chorizo as I guess they were out of black beans to go with the potato (also loaded with sour cream and cheese). I wish I lived closer I would eat here all the time. #alv
