Spandauer is one of Denmark's oldest and most cherished wienerbrød or 'Vienna bread’ (the umbrella term for a range of flaky, sweet pastries). If you try nothing else in Copenhagen, try a spandauer.

Delicious typical danish pastry! Perfect for a sweet breakfast. The place was super cozy, with a lot of pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Fully vegan and very good!

wow!! this was really good. and they’ve made it look pretty, too. still frustrated with abv’s requirement to give a rating for nutrition. i’d give this 5 stars overall because no one expects a pastry to be very healthy!
