My husband and I had a wonderful experience eating at soy Mexican while we were
in Las Vegas and we will definitely go back. It’s located inside el Mercado and is in the food court area behind the fiesta 98.1 bar. We both had wet chimichangas. I haven’t had a chimichanga since becoming vegan so it was so awesome to get to have that flavor back again. It was so crispy and the filling and sauce was delicious. Highly recommend. #vegasvegan
